Plantivities Booking Form:

Thank you for your interest in hosting a Plantivities event! Please complete this form at least 30 days before your event date so we can create the perfect experience for your gathering!

Pricing is based on group size, materials, and event length. All bookings include setup, facilitation, and cleanup.

After submitting your form, we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss your event details and provide a final quote.

  • Come with a clear understanding of your horticultural needs so we can make the most of our time together. If you’re unsure, at least have a vision or inspiration for us to work from.

  • We focus on the service you initially booked. If time allows, we can explore additional areas during the same session.

  • Yes! We offer Consultation Guided Notes and a Soil Test & Care Plan as service extras. You can learn more on our Service Extras page.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable; however if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, the fee may be applied one time toward a rescheduled consultation.

  • I’m based in Baton Rouge, LA, but I’m available for services in other locations as well. Travel fees may apply for services outside the Baton Rouge area.
